Body: This is a really nice wallet. I like the fact that it is not made of leather; the material of which it is made of feels and looks nice. And it actually is a lot thiner than my old leather wallet, which was a pain in the butt (literally). Overall a good product, not as thin as i thought, but I'm satisfied nonetheless.

Body: To who it may concern, I ordered the Multi-Pocket Wallet and I must say that the shipping was quick and the quality of the wallet is great. The only thing which I believe could enhance your "Slim" perception of the wallet is to perhaps consider reducing the dimensions of the multi-pocket wallet or create a mini pocket wallet. Around 7cm tall and 9.5cm wide would be a great size. Regardless, congratulations on a great product

Body: Order was delayed a day or two, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the holidays. Once the wallets shipped, I received them promptly. I wasn't crazy about the interior fabric (exterior is a thin leather). I shipped the wallets back via USPS Priority Mail. Big Skinny received them one week ago and I have yet to receive a refund. First I was told they were having problems with their credit card machine, then they said they would issue the refund immediately. That was two days ago and still no refund.

(He thought he could only buy it in the city). So online I went and it was so easy to see them all listed on the website! Even though I did purchase a different one than the one he had the first time, sending it back was also very easy. Body: My second time buying wallets from Big Skinny. The first time I was doing a web search to find a descent wallet that didn't feel like I had a rock in my back pocket when I sat down. These wallets are an excellent product. Well designed and made of durable material. Thin and practical, with easy access to my different cards, cash and ID. Not fancy leather or eel skin, but just what I needed. And if I need to show off I can always buy a Rolex :). I am so pleased with Big Skinny Wallets that I bought 3 more for my teenage son and my 25 year old nephews.

Body: I did have a tough time navigating the website to find exactly what I was seeking. I was in search of a men's front pocket wallet. I ended up purchasing the sport wallet which fits great in my front pocket -- and it was only $10 because of a sale! I couldn't beat that price. I am very happy with my new Big Skinny. I have to double check my pockets to be sure I'm actually carrying it because it is so thin. I didn't actually talk to anyone in customer service. I did buy a different wallet from Big Skinny and, again because of the website, had some challenges on how to return. However I got everything worked out on my own. Finally, delivery was very quick, although I did standard mail. The product seemed to leave the warehouse the same day I ordered.I I will watch this site and will more than likely buy again in the future -- especially if they design the style of front pocket wallet I'm seeking.

Body: I was looking for a super slim wallet to replace my old leather one that was worn out and found the Big Skinny website. Before I ordered, I called and left a message asking if someone could tell me if they offered a super small non-folding wallet with one side that opened to put bills into. It took over a week for someone to return my call and the person just referred me to their website instead of simply answering my question. Despite the lack of good customer service, I decided to give the Mini Skinny and Mini Skinny with zipper wallets a try. The buying process was straightforward & I received my small package in just a few days. Both wallets are indeed super slim, however both do not have a wide enough opening to hold my doller bills without folding and cramming into my wallet. I tend to carry at least $100 and find it frustrating that I have to pull out all my bills & unfold them each time I buy with cash. If I could redo my purchase, I would try a different style or a different wallet altogether.

Body: At first glance I was surprised at how thin and light the Big Skinny is, I was skeptical. But like many, I also have been in search of a wallet that was not bulky and heavy. I currently have four plastic cards, one drivers license and a few bills. The wallet is still very skinny! It works.
